Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 100 g sugar
  • 150 g butter
  • 5 g baking powder
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 750 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla pudding powder
  • 3 eggs
  • 50 g butter, liquid
  • e.g. blueberries
  • 150 g flour
  • 75 g sugar
  • 75 g butter, liquid

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes

Knead the listed ingredients into a shortcrust pastry and line a springform pan with it. Fold up one edge. For the quark filling, combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir well to avoid lumps. Pour the quark mixture into the springform pan and spread the blueberries on top. For the crumble topping, combine the flour and sugar and stir in the melted butter. Knead until crumbles form. Spread the crumble over the blueberries. Bake at 180°C for about 1 hour and then let it cool in the oven.
