Ingredients
- Dough:
- 250 g Wheat flour
- 90 g Sugar
- 80 g Margarine
- 1 Pc. Egg
- 0,5 Pck. Baking powder
- 1 Pck. Vanilla sugar
- Covering:
- 300 g Yogurt
- 250 g Quark
- 200 g Sour cream
- 3 Pc. Eggs
- 1,5 Pck. Vanilla pudding powder and 2 small cans of tangerines
- 125 ml Milk
- 125 ml Cooking oil
- 1 cups Whipped cream
- Decorate:
- 1 cups Whipped cream
- 1 Pck. Vanilla sugar
- 1 Pck. Cream stiffener
- Roasted, sliced almonds
Instructions
- Grease the spring form 32 cm. Dough: Knead all ingredients and make a smooth dough. Press the dough into the mold and pull up one edge.
- 2nd topping: whip the cream until stiff. Mix the other ingredients except for the mandarins. Drain the tangerines. Fold in the cream. Put the mixture on the bottom and cover with tangerines. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 50 minutes. Let it cool down, preferably overnight. Garnish: whip the cream with the cream stabilizer, vanilla sugar until stiff. Put on the cake and smooth out. Garnish with the almonds.
