Steaks with Whipped Cream Potatoes and Fennel Vegetables

Ingredients
 

  • 3 Pork chop fresh
  • 1 tbsp Flour,
  • 1 Egg
  • 3 tbsp Breadcrumbs
  • Coarsely salt and pepper
  • 2 Fennel bulbs with green
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 large Flake good butter
  • 3 Diced potatoes
  • 3 tbsp Rama Cremefine .... sour cream type .... new on the refrigerated shelf
  • 1 tsp Milk
  • Fry the fat with the meat

Instructions
 

  • Clean the fennel, cut out the firm center, dice the fennel and cook in salted water for 10 minutes. During this time, wash the steaks, pound and bread
  • Boil the potatoes and cut them into even large cubes and cook in salted water until they are soft.
  • Now fry the steaks in a little fat, drain the fennel and toss in a little melted butter.
  • Drain the soft potatoes with a little Rama Cremefine .... Mix the type of sour cream with milk, season with a little salt and pepper and then heat the cooked potatoes and let them bathe.
  • Arrange everything on a plate and feast with relish ..............
