Cheesecake with Mango and Sprinkles
The perfect cheesecake with mango and sprinkles recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 175 g Flour
- 225 g Soft butter
- 160 g Sugar
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 2 Eggs
- 250 g Quark
- 1 Pck. Vanilla pudding
- 1 Mango
- Knead 1,150g butter, 100g sugar and the flour in a bowl to make crumble.
- Grease the loaf pan with a little butter and spread half of the crumble dough on the base and press firmly.
- Peel the mango and distribute the pulp on the base as desired.
- Beat the rest of the butter and sugar until frothy. Stir in the lemon juice. Stir in the eggs, quark and pudding powder. Pour the quark mixture into the loaf pan and sprinkle the remaining crumbles over it.
- Bake in a preheated oven (fan oven 180 degrees) for about 50 minutes.
- Tips: There are no limits to your imagination when choosing a fruit. I tried it with apple and banana sauce once and it was delicious too.
- For a round baking pan, simply use double the amount.
