Cherry chocolate balls

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 120 g butter, salted, soft
  • 50 g sugar
  • 1 tsp butter-vanilla flavoring
  • 120 g flour, sifted
  • 2 tbsp cherry(s), candied, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp dark chocolate, in pieces

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Preheat the oven to 190°C. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper. Cream the butter, sugar, and vanilla extract until fluffy. Stir in the flour thoroughly. Mix in the cherries and chocolate. Drop teaspoonfuls of the mixture onto the baking sheets. Bake for 12-15 minutes until light golden brown, then cool on a wire rack. Tip: Roll the cherries in flour first to make them easier to slice!
