  • 4 cl Pitu (Aguardente de Cana)
  • Mint, fresh
  • 1 lime(s)
  • 1 tbsp, heaped cane sugar, light
  • Syrup (cherry syrup)
  • soda
  • Crushed ice

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

perfect for warm summer nights

Cut a lime into eighths and place 4/8 of them into a glass. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Add mint leaves and crush them, if desired. Add the pitu and mix with a spoon until the sugar dissolves. Top with crushed ice, soda, and cherry syrup, stir, and serve.
