Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 eggs
- 180 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- ¼ liter cream
- 250 g flour
- 1 lemon(s), grated peel
- 1 jar cherry(s), sour cherries or other fruit
- ½ pack of baking powder

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

First, whip the cream until stiff peaks form. Beat 4 eggs with the sugar until thick and fluffy. Mix the baking powder with the flour and lemon zest. Alternately fold the cream and flour into the egg mixture (mixer speed 1). Spread the batter onto a baking sheet, top with cherries or other fruit, and bake in a preheated oven at 150°C (fan oven) for about 30 minutes.
