Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 pkt. rusks, small packages
  • 250 g sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 125 g butter
  • 1 tsp. clove powder
  • 4 tbsp cherry brandy
  • 500 ml milk
  • 2 glasses of cherries
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon powder
  • Fat, for the shape

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Mix the butter and sugar until smooth. Gradually add the egg yolks. Stir in the cinnamon, cloves, and kirsch. Break the rusks into small pieces and pour the warmed milk over them. Add the mixture to the prepared batter and mix. It is recommended to use a large bowl. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form and fold into the batter. Finally, stir in the cherries. Bake in a greased springform pan for 1 hour at 170°C.
