for the dough

  • 3 Eggs
  • 375 g Flour
  • 125 g Butter
  • 200 g Flour
  • 150 g Sugar
  • 2 Glasses Sour cherries from the glass
  • 1 cups Cream
  1. Mix the butter and sugar with the hand mixer until frothy. Then gradually add the eggs.
  2. Mix flour and baking powder, sieve and add to the butter, sugar and egg mixture.
  3. Spread the dough on a greased baking sheet.
  4. Drain the cherries on a sieve.

  6. Spread the cherries on the dough.
  7. Pour the crumble over the cherries and bake in the preheated oven at 200 ° for approx. 25 – 30 minutes.
