Frankfurt’s Green Sauce

The perfect frankfurt’s green sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Frankfurt Green Sauce Herbal Mixture
  • 4 Hard-Boiled eggs
  • 500 g Yogurt 10% fat
  • 200 g Cream / sour cream 20% fat
  • 1 tbsp Mustard
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper
  1. Wash the herbs, shake dry and chop finely.
  2. Put the yoghurt, sour cream and mustard in a bowl and mix well together. Season with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Add the herbs and stir.
  3. Peel the eggs in half, roughly chop 1 egg. Spread the Frankfurter green sauce on plates, cover each with a halved egg and serve sprinkled with the remaining chopped eggs.
