Chicken and lentil curry (Indian)

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 2 skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can Lentils (soup), without bacon
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 spring onion(s)
  • some mango chutney
  • Chili sauce, sweet and spicy
  • 2 potatoes
  • Curry powder, yellow
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cut the chicken breasts into small pieces, fry in oil, and sprinkle with yellow curry powder. Place in a pot and add the can of lentil soup, a finely chopped onion, 2-3 diced raw potatoes, mango chutney, and sweet chili sauce (spicy). Simmer on low heat for about 30 minutes. Garnish with a finely chopped spring onion just before serving. Serve with rice, of course.
