- 250 g flour
- 100 g butter
- 75 g sugar
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 kg apples
- 2 packs of pudding powder, vanilla flavor
- ¾ liter apple juice or wine
- 175 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Mix flour, butter, 75g sugar, egg, and baking powder into a dough. Chill the dough for 30 minutes. Peel, chop, and core the apples and place them on the rolled-out dough. Cook the vanilla pudding, apple juice, 175g sugar, and vanilla sugar until slightly thickened, then spread it over the apples. Bake the cake at 180°C (24cm round cake pan without insert) for 60 minutes.
