Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 800 g chicken breast fillet(s) (cut into cubes)
- 400 g mushrooms (frozen sliced)
- 150 g chanterelles (can)
- 250 ml chicken broth
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp peppercorns, green
- 6 stalks of thyme
- Salt
- pepper
- Paprika powder, sweet
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Heat oil in a pan. Season the meat cubes with salt, pepper, and paprika and brown them vigorously. Add the tomato paste and fry. Deglaze with the chicken stock and simmer over low heat for 6 minutes. Pluck the thyme from the stems and finely chop. Drain the chanterelles and add them to the meat along with the sliced mushrooms, peppercorns, and thyme. Simmer for about 10 minutes.
