Chicken and pasta with olive oil

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 chicken breast fillets, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 350 g pasta
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • Salt
  • ½ clove(s) garlic, chopped
  • 3 tsp chicken seasoning

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Fill a pot with plenty of water and add a good pinch of salt. Once it starts to boil, add the pasta. Heat the oil in a pan and briefly fry the garlic. Add the chicken breast, season with the chicken seasoning, and fry the chicken briefly. Remove the pan from the heat. Preheat the oven to 175°C (top/bottom heat). When the pasta is ready, drain it, and place it in the dish. Arrange the cooked meat pieces on top and drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper and place the dish in the oven. After about 10 minutes, the dish is ready to serve.
