Green noodles with chicken in cream sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 350 g pasta, green (dry weight)
  • 400 g chicken breast
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp seasoning, e.g. Vegeta
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 100 ml cooking cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Bring the water to a boil and season with salt. Add the pasta and cook until al dente according to the package instructions. Heat a pan and add the olive oil. Add the diced chicken breast and sauté. Season with the seasoning. Add the sour cream and the crushed or grated garlic. Pour in the cooking cream and simmer for about 10 minutes until the consistency is creamy. Serve with the pasta and the creamed chicken. Approx. 400 kcal per serving.
