Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 2 chicken breast fillets
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 stalk(s) leek
  • 1 carrot(s)
  • 5 potatoes
  • Oil, for frying
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • broth
  • cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash, dry, and dice the chicken breast fillets. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Trim and wash the vegetables. Roughly dice the onion. Cut the leek into large rings. Slice the carrots and potatoes. Brown the meat in oil, then add the onion, leek, carrots, and potatoes. Deglaze with stock and cook until the vegetables are tender. Add a little cream and season to taste. Tip: You can vary the vegetables according to your taste. If you prefer a lower-fat dish, use condensed milk with 4% fat instead of the cream.
