Chicken and Wild Garlic Pan

The perfect chicken and wild garlic pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 3 Chicken breasts
  • 300 g Mushrooms
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 200 ml Vegetable broth
  • 200 ml Milk or cream
  • 1 ostrich Wild garlic fresh
  1. Wash the chicken breasts – pat dry and cut into small strips.
  2. Clean the mushrooms – cut into leaves – peel the onion and garlic and cut into small cubes.
  3. Heat some oil in a pan and fry the chicken breast until golden – remove and keep warm.
  4. Now put the mushrooms in the pan and sauté – onion and garlic and sauté – season with salt and pepper
  5. Add the chicken breast again with the broth and the milk or cream and let everything simmer a little,
  6. In the meantime, wash the wild garlic – chop it dry and add it to the chicken pan.
  7. We ate ribbon noodles with it – but potato mash also tastes good. Bon appetit; 🙂
