Ingredients
 

  • 3 Chicken breasts
  • 300 g Mushrooms
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 200 ml Vegetable broth
  • 200 ml Milk or cream
  • 1 bunch Wild garlic fresh

Instructions
 

  • Wash the chicken breasts - pat dry and cut into small strips.
  • Clean the mushrooms - cut into leaves - peel the onion and garlic and cut into small cubes.
  • Heat some oil in a pan and fry the chicken breast until golden - remove and keep warm.
  • Now put the mushrooms in the pan and sauté - onion and garlic and sauté - season with salt and pepper
  • Add the chicken breast again with the broth and the milk or cream and let everything simmer a little,
  • In the meantime, wash the wild garlic - chop it dry and add it to the chicken pan.
  • We ate ribbon noodles with it - but potato mash also tastes good. Bon appetit; 🙂
