Chicken and Wild Garlic Pan
The perfect chicken and wild garlic pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 3 Chicken breasts
- 300 g Mushrooms
- 1 Onion
- 1 Clove of garlic
- Salt
- Pepper
- 200 ml Vegetable broth
- 200 ml Milk or cream
- 1 ostrich Wild garlic fresh
- Wash the chicken breasts – pat dry and cut into small strips.
- Clean the mushrooms – cut into leaves – peel the onion and garlic and cut into small cubes.
- Heat some oil in a pan and fry the chicken breast until golden – remove and keep warm.
- Now put the mushrooms in the pan and sauté – onion and garlic and sauté – season with salt and pepper
- Add the chicken breast again with the broth and the milk or cream and let everything simmer a little,
- In the meantime, wash the wild garlic – chop it dry and add it to the chicken pan.
