Chicken breasts
- 3 Chicken breasts – approx. 600 grams
- Salt
- Pepper

- 50 g Wild garlic leaves
- 4 tablespoon Oil
- 100 g Soft butter
- 80 g Toast
- Salt
- Pepper
Chicken breasts
- Wash the chicken breasts thoroughly, pat dry and fry them in a pan with hot fat.
- Remove the chicken breasts from the pan, place in a baking dish and bake in the oven at 150 c. Cook for 15 minutes.

- Wash the wild garlic, roughly chop and puree with the olive oil in a blender.
- Add the butter and season with salt and pepper
- Crumble the toast and add to the wild garlic mixture and mix well.
- Now put the wild garlic mixture in a freezer bag, roll it out thinly and refrigerate.
- Cover the chicken breasts with the wild garlic crust and grill in the oven for 5 minutes
