Chicken Breast with Wild Garlic Crust

Chicken breasts

  • 3 Chicken breasts – approx. 600 grams
  • Salt
  • Pepper

  • 50 g Wild garlic leaves
  • 4 tablespoon Oil
  • 100 g Soft butter
  • 80 g Toast
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Chicken breasts

  1. Wash the chicken breasts thoroughly, pat dry and fry them in a pan with hot fat.
  2. Remove the chicken breasts from the pan, place in a baking dish and bake in the oven at 150 c. Cook for 15 minutes.

  1. Wash the wild garlic, roughly chop and puree with the olive oil in a blender.
  2. Add the butter and season with salt and pepper
  3. Crumble the toast and add to the wild garlic mixture and mix well.
  4. Now put the wild garlic mixture in a freezer bag, roll it out thinly and refrigerate.
  5. Cover the chicken breasts with the wild garlic crust and grill in the oven for 5 minutes
