Chicken Breast Baked with Curry Rice

The perfect chicken breast baked with curry rice recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 Piece Chicken breasts
  • 1 Cup Rice
  • 3 Piece Red pointed peppers
  • 1 tsp Tomato cetchup
  • 0,5 tsp Chicken broth instant
  • 1 small Fresh onion
  • 2 Toes Garlic fresh
  • 6 Discs Gouda cheese, sandwich slices
  • 200 ml Cream

How to do it :

  1. 1, Wash the chicken breasts and pat dry, season with salt and pepper and place in a greased baking dish. 2. Dice the paprika and onion and sweat with a little oil, add approx. 100 ml of water and the chicken stock and the toamte cetchup, stir and simmer on a low fire. Add the cream and season to taste. 3. Pour everything over the chicken breasts, cover with cheese and bake in a preheated oven at approx. 180 degrees for 25 minutes. 4. Boil about 1 liter of water with a little salt and pour in the rice. Cook on a low flame without a lid. 5. Drain some butter in a pan, drain the rice and add to the pan. Season to taste with curry and briefly toast. 6. Place the chicken on the plate, add rice and top with a little cream sauce. 7. Enjoy and indulge, bon appetit
