Ingredients
rice
- 400 g Rice
- 1 tbsp Vegetable broth powder
Curry sauce
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Flour
- 1 tbsp Curry
- 150 Milliliters Water
- 150 Milliliters Milk
- 1 tbsp Vegetable broth
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1 pinch Ground caraway
- 1 piece Chilli pepper
- 1 tbsp Honey liquid
Chicken breast or (8 slices) cook-sent
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 500 g Chicken breast
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1 pinch Paprika
- 0,5 piece Chopped onion
- 1 piece Garlic cloves chopped
Instructions
- Prepare rice with the vegetable stock in a saucepan with water
The curry sauce
- Melt the butter in a saucepan. Then stir in the flour and curry powder. Top up with water and milk and simmer for 5 minutes. Season with the other ingredients and season to taste.
Chicken Breast or Kochschicken (in strips)
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan. Then fry the chicken strips seasoned with salt, pepper and paprika with the onion and garlic until golden brown.
For serving
- To serve, spread the chicken breast on the bottom of the plate, add the rice and garnish with curry sauce and possibly chilli peppers.
