Curry Rice on Chicken Breast

The perfect curry rice on chicken breast recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

rice

  • 400 g Rice
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable broth powder

Curry sauce

  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Flour
  • 1 tbsp Curry
  • 150 Milliliters Water
  • 150 Milliliters Milk
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable broth
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 1 pinch Ground caraway
  • 1 piece Chilli pepper
  • 1 tbsp Honey liquid

Chicken breast or (8 slices) cook-sent

  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 500 g Chicken breast
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 1 pinch Paprika
  • 0,5 piece Chopped onion
  • 1 piece Garlic cloves chopped
  1. Prepare rice with the vegetable stock in a saucepan with water

The curry sauce

  1. Melt the butter in a saucepan. Then stir in the flour and curry powder. Top up with water and milk and simmer for 5 minutes. Season with the other ingredients and season to taste.

Chicken Breast or Kochschicken (in strips)

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan. Then fry the chicken strips seasoned with salt, pepper and paprika with the onion and garlic until golden brown.

For serving

  1. To serve, spread the chicken breast on the bottom of the plate, add the rice and garnish with curry sauce and possibly chilli peppers.
