Curry Rice on Chicken Breast

Ingredients
 

rice

  • 400 g Rice
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable broth powder

Curry sauce

  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Flour
  • 1 tbsp Curry
  • 150 Milliliters Water
  • 150 Milliliters Milk
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable broth
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 1 pinch Ground caraway
  • 1 piece Chilli pepper
  • 1 tbsp Honey liquid

Chicken breast or (8 slices) cook-sent

  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 500 g Chicken breast
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 1 pinch Paprika
  • 0,5 piece Chopped onion
  • 1 piece Garlic cloves chopped

Instructions
 

  • Prepare rice with the vegetable stock in a saucepan with water

The curry sauce

  • Melt the butter in a saucepan. Then stir in the flour and curry powder. Top up with water and milk and simmer for 5 minutes. Season with the other ingredients and season to taste.

Chicken Breast or Kochschicken (in strips)

  • Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan. Then fry the chicken strips seasoned with salt, pepper and paprika with the onion and garlic until golden brown.

For serving

  • To serve, spread the chicken breast on the bottom of the plate, add the rice and garnish with curry sauce and possibly chilli peppers.
