Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g tagliatelle, green
  • 250 g chicken breast fillet(s)
  • 500 ml applesauce
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 1 small can of apricots
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 50 ml cream
  • curry powder
  • salt and pepper
  • 200 ml milk

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Chicken breast fillet with green ribbon noodles in curry sauce

For the sauce, make a roux from the flour and butter. Add the applesauce and milk. Bring to a boil and season generously with curry powder. Add a little salt and pepper and simmer. Meanwhile, cook the tagliatelle according to the instructions. Season the meat and fry on each side in a hot pan until cooked through but still tender. Peel and quarter the banana. Add it along with the apricots and fry. Remove the curry sauce from the heat and stir in the cream. Now plate everything up, scattering the bananas and apricots over the meat. Cover the pasta and meat with the sauce. Serve immediately.
