Chicken breast fillet in a casserole dish

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 600 g chicken breast fillet(s)
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • 1 bell pepper(s), green
  • 3 mushrooms, fresh (champignon)
  • 2 cups of cream
  • 1 bag of soup (cream of mushroom soup)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Clean the chicken breast fillets, pat dry with paper towels, and halve them, depending on the size of the fillets. Then place them in a baking dish (preferably glass). Then cut the red and green peppers and mushrooms into small squares, wash them, and arrange them over the fillets. Now, thoroughly mix the cream with the cream of mushroom soup (just the powder) and pour it over the chicken breast fillets. Place in a preheated 200°C oven for about 25 minutes. The dish is ready when the chicken breast fillets are buttery soft. Make sure the mushrooms don’t stick.
