Ingredients
 

  • 4 Chicken breast fillets
  • 1 greater Solo garlic chopped
  • 2 tbsp Apricot jam
  • 8 Discs Raclette cheese
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • Salt
  • Ground white pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 175 ° C convection / 200 ° C top and bottom heat
  • Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the chicken breast fillets for about 7-8 minutes on each side. Season with salt and pepper and place in a baking dish
  • Add the chopped garlic to the remaining frying fat, sauté and add the apricot jam, stir until it is liquid, then the garlic apricots. Spread the mixture over the chicken breast fillets and place 2 slices of cheese on each piece of meat
  • Bake in the fully heated oven for 8-10 minutes.
  • With baguettes and a green salad
