Ingredients
 

Chicken breast fillet skewers:

  • 550 g Fresh chicken breasts
  • 5 tbsp Peanut oil
  • 2 Red chili peppers
  • 1 tbsp Maple syrup
  • 0,5 tsp Chili powder
  • 0,5 Lemon juice

Dips:

  • Quark ajvar:
  • 3 tbsp Quark
  • 1 tbsp Ajvar (pepper cream)
  • Quark horseradish (alternative instead of quark mayonnaise):
  • 3 tbsp Quark 40%
  • 1 tbsp Cream of horseradish
  • Quark chili sauce:
  • 3 tbsp Quark 40%
  • 1 tbsp Sweet chili sauce
  • Quark curry ketchup:
  • 3 tbsp Quark 40%
  • 1 tbsp Curry ketchup

Instructions
 

Dips:

  • Mix the ingredients together and chill.

Chicken breast fillet skewers:

  • Clean and wash the chili peppers, dice very finely, mix ½ lemon with the syrup and juice. Clean and wash the chicken breast fillets, pat dry with kitchen paper, cut into cubes (1 - 2 cm) and fry vigorously in peanut oil (5 tbsp) (Caution: not too long, otherwise the chicken breast fillet cubes will be too dry and hard!), With the chilli Mix the marinade, put toothpicks on the cubes and serve with dips. Tip:
