Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 chicken breast fillets
- salt and pepper
- curry powder
- 2 egg whites
- 1 tbsp mustard, grainy
- 1 tbsp mustard, medium hot
- 1 tbsp breadcrumbs, approx.
- 20 g butter flakes
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Season the meat with salt, pepper, and curry powder. Place in a baking dish. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Mix both mustards with salt and breadcrumbs and fold into the egg whites. Spread over the chicken breast fillets with a knife. Place butter in small pieces on top. Bake in a preheated oven at approximately 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 20-25 minutes.
