Ingredients

  • 4 Chicken breast fillets
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Curry
  • 0,5 tsp Ground ginger
  • Ground cumin
  • 2 tbsp Orange jam
  • Red chilli flakes or powder

Instructions

  • Rinse the chicken breast fillets with cold water and pat dry.
  • Heat the oil in a pan and sear the chicken breast fillets on the underside for about 5 minutes, then turn them on the round side and now season the underside with curry, ginger and cumin. Fry the breast fillets for 15 to 20 minutes, depending on their size.
  • In the meantime, heat the orange jam in a small saucepan until it is liquid and brush the top of the chicken breast fillets generously with it. Then sprinkle with chilli flakes or powder and arrange on a plate.
  • I made a salad with it. But ribbon noodles also taste good with basil pesto.
