Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 chicken breasts
- 2 onions
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ginger
- 2 tsp curry powder
- 1 can of coconut milk (400 ml)
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- some carnations
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Cut the chicken breast into strips and fry in a pan with a little oil. Finely chop the onions and add them to the pan. Add the spices and coconut milk, stir, and simmer on low heat for about 30 minutes. Serve with rice.
