Chicken Breast in Onion and Mushroom Sauce

- 500 g Mushrooms
- 4 Tomatoes
- 2 Onions
- 1 P Ham cubes
- 2 tbsp Tomato paste
- 0,25 l White wine
- 150 g Cream
- Salt pepper
- 4 Chicken breast fillets
- 1 tsp Sweet paprika
- 30 g Herb butter
- 30 g Parmesan
- 2 tbsp Breadcrumbs
- Clean the mushrooms and cut in half.
- Scald tomatoes with hot water, peel off the skin and dice.
- Peel and dice the onions.
- Fry the ham cubes in a pan until crispy, remove.
- Fry the mushrooms in the bacon for about 5 minutes.
- Add onions, diced tomatoes and tomato paste and sauté for about 5 minutes.
- Deglaze with wine and cream and bring to the boil.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Put the bacon in the sauce.
- Spread everything in a baking dish.
- Wash and dry the chicken breast fillets and season with a mixture of salt, pepper and paprika.
- Place on top of the sauce and cook in a preheated oven at 175 ° for about 25 minutes.
- Melt herb butter, grate cheese, mix with breadcrumbs and butter.
- Spread this mixture over the fillets approx. 10 minutes before the end of the cooking time and finish baking.
