Chicken Breast with Vegetables and Mushroom Sauce

The perfect chicken breast with vegetables and mushroom sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Chicken breast fillet
  • 250 g Mexican vegetable mix TK
  • 2 Spring onions
  • 1 Diced onion
  • 1 Garlic cloves chopped
  • 150 g Mushrooms brown
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Flour
  • 150 ml Vegetable stock
  • 50 ml White wine
  • 100 ml Cream
  • Salt pepper
  • Oil
  1. Cut the chicken breast into not too thin strips, fry in a little oil, season with salt, pepper and then set aside on a plate, clean the mushrooms and cut into slices, cook the vegetables in an extra saucepan until al dente, drain and set aside
  2. Heat the butter in the same pan and sweat the onion and garlic cubes in it, add the mushrooms, fry them and then dust with the flour, pour in the wine and stock, stir well and bring to the boil, then mix in the cream, simmer for 10 minutes leave and then season with salt and pepper.
  3. Add meat and vegetables, leave to stand for 5 minutes and season a little more if necessary. Wash the spring onions and cut into rings. Sprinkle over the chicken pan before serving
  4. Rice goes very well with it …. enjoy your meal !!
