Chicken Breast in Peppers
The perfect chicken breast in peppers recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Chicken breast fillets
- 2 medium-sized Chopped onions
- 3 Garlic cloves chopped
- 1 Red pepper
- 2 Skinned tomatoes
- 5 tbsp Oil
- 1 tbsp Sweet paprika
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Vegetable broth powder
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Boiling water
- Chop the onions and garlic, cut the bell pepper into strips, peel and dice the tomatoes.
- Divide the chicken breast into 4 portions.
- Heat the oil in a saucepan, fry the onion and garlic in it until they turn golden.
- Add the peppers and tomatoes and simmer together for about 2 minutes until the tomatoes give off some liquid. Add paprika powder, salt, pepper and soy sauce and mix.
- Push the vegetables to the edge of the pot so that the center becomes free.
- Place the chicken breast in the center of the drip and fry on both sides until it gets some color.
- Now mix everything. Add the boiling water until the contents of the pot are just covered. Add the stock powder and stir.
- Now let everything simmer over medium heat until the chicken breast is done (approx. 30 min.)
