Chicken Breast in Peppers

The perfect chicken breast in peppers recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Chicken breast fillets
  • 2 medium-sized Chopped onions
  • 3 Garlic cloves chopped
  • 1 Red pepper
  • 2 Skinned tomatoes
  • 5 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tbsp Sweet paprika
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable broth powder
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Boiling water
  1. Chop the onions and garlic, cut the bell pepper into strips, peel and dice the tomatoes.
  1. Divide the chicken breast into 4 portions.
  1. Heat the oil in a saucepan, fry the onion and garlic in it until they turn golden.
  1. Add the peppers and tomatoes and simmer together for about 2 minutes until the tomatoes give off some liquid. Add paprika powder, salt, pepper and soy sauce and mix.
  1. Push the vegetables to the edge of the pot so that the center becomes free.
  1. Place the chicken breast in the center of the drip and fry on both sides until it gets some color.
  1. Now mix everything. Add the boiling water until the contents of the pot are just covered. Add the stock powder and stir.
  1. Now let everything simmer over medium heat until the chicken breast is done (approx. 30 min.)
