Asparagus Rolls with Ham and Cheese

The perfect asparagus rolls with ham and cheese recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Asparagus green
  • 200 g Gouda young
  • 200 g Juniper ham
  • Telly cherry pepper
  • Freshly chopped chives
  1. Cut off approx. 4 cm from the asparagus and peel the lower third. Save both for a soup! 🙂

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees!

  1. Then wrap each asparagus spear tightly with cheese, then ham. Put the rolls in a baking dish. The shape does not have to be greased! 🙂
  2. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes! Sprinkle with Telly Cerry pepper and chives and serve! Green salad goes well with it! 🙂
