Asparagus Rolls with Ham and Cheese
The perfect asparagus rolls with ham and cheese recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Asparagus green
- 200 g Gouda young
- 200 g Juniper ham
- Telly cherry pepper
- Freshly chopped chives
- Cut off approx. 4 cm from the asparagus and peel the lower third. Save both for a soup! 🙂
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees!
- Then wrap each asparagus spear tightly with cheese, then ham. Put the rolls in a baking dish. The shape does not have to be greased! 🙂
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes! Sprinkle with Telly Cerry pepper and chives and serve! Green salad goes well with it! 🙂
