Ingredients

  • 1 size Fresh chicken breast
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Herb cheese
  • Fresh parsley
  • Sage fresh
  • Pepper and salt, curry
  • Chicken broth instant
  • Flour and honey
  • 1 shot White wine

Instructions

  • Chop the onions and herbs into small pieces; Wash the chicken breast and pat dry, then cut it horizontally (I didn't quite succeed, as you can see in the photo, but the filling still held) and season with salt and pepper.
  • Mix the herb cheese with the ingredients and season with salt and pepper. Then roll it up and secure it with toothpicks.
  • Fry the roulades on all sides and set aside.
  • Put the rest of the filling in the same pan and sauté briefly, as well as bring a dash of white wine and water to a simmer. Then add the spices, a little honey and a pinch of sugar. Finally I thickened the sauce with a little flour water and put the roulades in the sauce until they were done, but still tender.
