Chicken Breast with Cream Cheese Zucchini Tomato Filling

The perfect chicken breast with cream cheese zucchini tomato filling recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Chicken breasts
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 6 Discs Bacon slices
  • 150 g Cream cheese double cream setting
  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • 150 g Zucchini
  • 6 Dried tomatoes in oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  1. Wash the chicken breasts thoroughly and pat dry.
  2. Use a sharp knife to cut into the chicken breast, fold it open and flatten it, season with salt and pepper and top with the bacon.

  2. Drain the tomatoes on a kitchen towel, chop them up, finely dice the garlic and add everything to the cream cheese – stir well.
