Ingredients
 

  • 250 g Chicken breast cut into strips
  • 0,5 bunch Finely chopped parsley
  • 1 sprig Pimpernelle
  • 1 sprig Jiaogulo herb ....
  • 5 sheet Lemon balm fresh
  • Sea salt from the mill
  • Lemon pepper
  • Vegetable broth
  • Cream
  • 2 tbsp Mustard

Instructions
 

  • Heat the vegetable cream in the pan and roast half of the herbs in the pan. Sear the meat in this fat on all sides ... add a little vegetable stock and cream, add the mustard and simmer gently for 10 minutes. Add the remaining fresh herbs and serve with carrot vegetables and fried noodles
