Chicken Breast in Honey Mustard Sauce

Ingredients
 

  • 500 g Chicken breast fillets
  • Sal de Ibiza
  • Pepper
  • 3 tbsp Pine honey
  • 3 tbsp Riesling mustard
  • 300 g Cream
  • 1 tsp Herbs, to taste
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil

Instructions
 

  • Rinse the chicken breast fillets, pat dry and cut into goulash-like pieces.
  • Heat the sesame oil in a pan and fry the chicken breast cubes in it.
  • Add the honey and mustard, deglaze with the cream and stir everything together. Season to taste with salt, pepper and the herbs and simmer gently for about 15 minutes (if necessary, thicken the sauce a little).

  • Rice or pasta and a "fresh" salad
