Chicken Breast with Cinnamon, Cumin, Lemon and Rosemary

- 2 Pc Chicken breasts – organic, washed
- 0,5 tsp Ground cinnamon
- 0,5 tsp Ground cumin
- 1 tbsp Lemon zest
- 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- Juice of half a lemon
- Sea salt and pepper from the mill
- 1 Handful of trail mix
- 3 Branches Fresh rosemary, the needles plucked off
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Mix the cinnamon, cumin, lemon juice and zest, oil, salt and pepper in a bowl. Rub the chicken with it and place in a baking dish lined with baking paper. Add the trail mix and rosemary and bake for about 18 minutes until the meat is cooked through.
