Chicken Breast with Cinnamon, Cumin, Lemon and Rosemary

The perfect chicken breast with cinnamon, cumin, lemon and rosemary recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Pc Chicken breasts – organic, washed
  • 0,5 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 0,5 tsp Ground cumin
  • 1 tbsp Lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • Sea salt and pepper from the mill
  • 1 Handful of trail mix
  • 3 Branches Fresh rosemary, the needles plucked off
  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Mix the cinnamon, cumin, lemon juice and zest, oil, salt and pepper in a bowl. Rub the chicken with it and place in a baking dish lined with baking paper. Add the trail mix and rosemary and bake for about 18 minutes until the meat is cooked through.
