Chicken Breast with Ham in Cheese Sauce

- 2 Chicken breasts
- 100 g Smoked bundle
- 1 Onion
- 2 Garlic cloves
- Sliced smoked ham
- 400 ml Meatsoup
- 100 ml Cream
- 200 g Cream cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Pork lard for frying
- Cut the chicken breasts into 8 pieces of the same size and wrap them with slices of the smoked ham
- Cut the onion and garlic into fine cubes
- Cut the smoked bundle into small cubes
- Sear the breast pieces wrapped in ham in a pan, then take them out of the pan and place them in a baking dish
- Roast the bundle with onion and garlic in the pan and deglaze with the meat stock
- Add the cream and processed cheese
- Season with salt and pepper
- Now pour over the fried chicken breasts and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes
