Chicken Breast Fillet in Cheese, Ham and Basil Sauce, Served with Pasta
The perfect chicken breast fillet in cheese, ham and basil sauce, served with pasta recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Chicken breast fillet
- 400 g Processed cheese half-fat level
- 100 g Black Forest ham
- 1 piece Sweet paprika
- Basil
- 1 teaspoon Sweet paprika
- Salt, little, since the ham is already salted
- Pepper from the grinder
- 500 g Noodles
- 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 piece Clove of garlic
- Cut the meat into small pieces and fry briefly.
- Cut the paprika and ham into cubes, add to the meat and fry for another 5 minutes.
- Season with a little salt, pepper and paprika, deglaze with a cup of broth.
- Add the processed cheese and let the sauce thicken at a low temperature while stirring constantly.
- Finally stir in the basil.
- Cook pasta aldente, drain and mix with chopped garlic and olive oil.
