Ingredients
 

  • 500 g Chicken breast fillet
  • 400 g Processed cheese half-fat level
  • 100 g Black Forest ham
  • 1 Sweet paprika
  • Basil
  • 1 tsp Sweet paprika
  • Salt, little, since the ham is already salted
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • 500 g Noodles
  • 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 Clove of garlic

Instructions
 

  • Cut the meat into small pieces and fry briefly.
  • Cut the paprika and ham into cubes, add to the meat and fry for another 5 minutes.
  • Season with a little salt, pepper and paprika, deglaze with a cup of broth.
  • Add the processed cheese and let the sauce thicken at a low temperature while stirring constantly.
  • Finally stir in the basil.
  • Cook pasta aldente, drain and mix with chopped garlic and olive oil.
