Chicken Breast Fillet in Cheese, Ham and Basil Sauce, Served with Pasta

The perfect chicken breast fillet in cheese, ham and basil sauce, served with pasta recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Chicken breast fillet
  • 400 g Processed cheese half-fat level
  • 100 g Black Forest ham
  • 1 piece Sweet paprika
  • Basil
  • 1 teaspoon Sweet paprika
  • Salt, little, since the ham is already salted
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • 500 g Noodles
  • 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 piece Clove of garlic
  1. Cut the meat into small pieces and fry briefly.
  2. Cut the paprika and ham into cubes, add to the meat and fry for another 5 minutes.
  3. Season with a little salt, pepper and paprika, deglaze with a cup of broth.
  4. Add the processed cheese and let the sauce thicken at a low temperature while stirring constantly.

  6. Cook pasta aldente, drain and mix with chopped garlic and olive oil.
