Chicken Breast with Pea Spaetzle Pot

  • 3 piece Natural olive oil

for the sauce

  • Bacon cubes
  • Onion
  • Coconut oil
  • Magic spice in my KB
  • Pepper, salt, a pinch of chilli
  • Coffee, cream and broth
  • Soy sauce

the vegetable

  • 500 g Peas
  • Mace
  • Salt

the spaetzle

  • 150 g Spaetzle flour
  • 1 piece Egg (size L)
  • 0,5 Teaspoon (level) Salt
  • 0,5 Teaspoon (level) Mineral water
  • 0,5 Teaspoon (level) Milk 3.8%

Prepare the ingredients

  1. Start with the spaetzle dough. Mix all the appropriate ingredients in the food processor and then use the spaetzle slicer or an attachment to make the spaetzle. You then put the finished spaetzle in the refrigerator until you are ready to use it.
