Chicken Breast

- 2 Chicken breasts
- Salt
- Oil
- 10 Cherry tomatoes
- 1 bunch Parsley
- 150 ml Milk or cream
- 150 g Processed herb cheese
- 2 tablespoon Breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- 50 g Herb butter
- Wash the chicken breasts thoroughly, pat dry, cut in half, season with salt and fry until golden in a pan with hot oil.
- Wash tomatoes, cut in half, wash and chop parsley.
- Heat the milk (cream) with the processed cheese over a low flame while stirring until the cheese has melted.
- Now season the sauce with salt and stir in half of the parsley.
- Grease a baking dish, add the meat and tomatoes and pour the sauce over it, pour the rest of the parsley over it.
- Scatter the breadcrumbs on top and put it in the oven at 200 ° C for about 25 minutes.
- Finally, pour flakes of butter and herb butter on top and bake for 5 minutes until crispy.
