Chicken Breast

  • 2 Chicken breasts
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • 10 Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 bunch Parsley
  • 150 ml Milk or cream
  • 150 g Processed herb cheese
  • 2 tablespoon Breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 50 g Herb butter
  1. Wash the chicken breasts thoroughly, pat dry, cut in half, season with salt and fry until golden in a pan with hot oil.
  2. Wash tomatoes, cut in half, wash and chop parsley.
  3. Heat the milk (cream) with the processed cheese over a low flame while stirring until the cheese has melted.
  4. Now season the sauce with salt and stir in half of the parsley.
  5. Grease a baking dish, add the meat and tomatoes and pour the sauce over it, pour the rest of the parsley over it.
  6. Scatter the breadcrumbs on top and put it in the oven at 200 ° C for about 25 minutes.
  7. Finally, pour flakes of butter and herb butter on top and bake for 5 minutes until crispy.
  8. We ate rice with it, and of course noodles or mashed potatoes also taste good.
