Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 egg(s)
  • 2 lettuce leaves
  • ½ can corn
  • 1 slice(s) of toast
  • 1 tomato(s)
  • 4 slices of bacon
  • 200 g chicken breast
  • 2 tortillas
  • e.g. guacamole
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • 50 g mayonnaise
  • ½ tbsp mustard

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

First, hard-boil the egg and then cut it into strips. Then, dice the toast and fry it in a pan with a little oil until crispy. Next, cut the lettuce leaves into strips, mix the mayonnaise with the mustard, and season with salt and pepper. Next, chop the tomato. Then, fry the bacon until crispy. Wash and chop the chicken, then fry it. Heat the tortillas in the microwave. Then top the tortillas with the guacamole, then the lettuce, egg, corn, and toast. Then, add the bacon and chicken, and finally, roll up the burrito. Perhaps serve with salsa.
