Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 slice(s) salami, large slices
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 bag of brown rice
  • 4 slices of processed cheese
  • some oil
  • some pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

with brown rice and spicy salami

Cut the salami and onion into pieces. Fry lightly in a little oil until the onions are slightly translucent. Meanwhile, cook the rice according to the package instructions. Then add the cooked rice to the salami and onion mixture. Stir briefly, then stir in the processed cheese slices and let them melt into the rice. Season with pepper and serve. You can use more salami or cheese, depending on your taste.
