Chicken strips with spring onions, bamboo shoots and chili

Cut the chicken into thin strips. Slice the spring onion into rings and the bell pepper into bite-sized pieces. For the marinade, finely chop the garlic. Slice the chili pepper into thin rings and mix with the other marinade ingredients. Marinate the meat in a zip-top bag with the marinade for 1 to 2 hours. Heat a little sesame oil in a pan and briefly fry the bell pepper pieces, remove and keep warm. Heat the pan again. Remove the chicken from the marinade, drain slightly, and sear in the pan until crisp. Pour in the rest of the marinade and add water if needed. Finally, add the spring onions, bamboo shoots, and bell pepper pieces and continue sautéing.
