Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 turkey schnitzels
- 2 tsp mustard
- 3 carrots
- 1 leek
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- possibly garlic
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Wash the turkey schnitzel and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Spread a thin layer of mustard. Grate the vegetables and spread them on top with the garlic. Wrap in aluminum foil. Place in an oven preheated to 180°C for about 45 minutes. Serve with rice. It’s low in effort, low in fat, and low in calories, but incredibly delicious, as the foil also contains a little bit of delicious sauce.
