Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 chicken breasts, without skin
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tsp onion(s), chopped
- some bell pepper(s), cut into strips
- some lamb’s lettuce (corn salad)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Fry the chicken breast and cut into approximately 1 cm pieces. In a bowl, combine the ketchup, mayonnaise, and onion. Mix the chicken breast with the sauce. Serve with a little lamb’s lettuce and strips of bell pepper. You can also refine the sauce with crushed garlic, herbs, other vegetables, or a splash of cognac.
