Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 chicken breasts, without skin
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp onion(s), chopped
  • some bell pepper(s), cut into strips
  • some lamb’s lettuce (corn salad)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Fry the chicken breast and cut into approximately 1 cm pieces. In a bowl, combine the ketchup, mayonnaise, and onion. Mix the chicken breast with the sauce. Serve with a little lamb’s lettuce and strips of bell pepper. You can also refine the sauce with crushed garlic, herbs, other vegetables, or a splash of cognac.
