Chicken Curry with Pineapple

The perfect chicken curry with pineapple recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 gr Chicken breast fillet
  • 4 Discs Fresh pineapple
  • 200 gr Mushrooms
  • 1 small Onion
  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • Pepper salt
  • 3 El Orange juice
  • 200 ml Vegetable broth
  • 4 El Cream
  • 1 Tl Mild curry powder
  1. Cut the chicken breast into thin strips. Cut the pineapple into pieces and the mushrooms into slices. Peel the onion and chop finely.
  1. Heat a pan, add the oil and fry the meat all around for about 5 minutes.
  1. Add the onion, sauté briefly, then add the pineapple and mushrooms and season with pepper, salt, curry and orange juice.
  1. Let everything simmer for 5 minutes over a low heat, stirring several times. Stir in the broth, bring to the boil briefly, remove the pan from the heat, fold in the cream. Season again to taste.
