Chicken Curry with Pineapple
The perfect chicken curry with pineapple recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 gr Chicken breast fillet
- 4 Discs Fresh pineapple
- 200 gr Mushrooms
- 1 small Onion
- 3 tbsp Oil
- Pepper salt
- 3 El Orange juice
- 200 ml Vegetable broth
- 4 El Cream
- 1 Tl Mild curry powder
- Cut the chicken breast into thin strips. Cut the pineapple into pieces and the mushrooms into slices. Peel the onion and chop finely.
- Heat a pan, add the oil and fry the meat all around for about 5 minutes.
- Add the onion, sauté briefly, then add the pineapple and mushrooms and season with pepper, salt, curry and orange juice.
- Let everything simmer for 5 minutes over a low heat, stirring several times. Stir in the broth, bring to the boil briefly, remove the pan from the heat, fold in the cream. Season again to taste.
