Ingredients
- 350 g Chicken inner fillet
- 1 Onion
- 200 ml Cream
- 200 ml Coconut milk
- 200 g Pineapple pieces drained
- 2 tsp Curry powder
- 1 tsp 8 herbs frozen
- 1 pinch Turmeric
- 125 g Boiled rice
- Salt, pepper, cooking oil
Instructions
- Boil the rice. The way you like him best. There is no recipe for this.
- Wash the inner fillets, pat dry, pepper and fry in cooking oil. Then add salt. Place on a piece of crepe paper, set aside.
- Finely dice the onion and sauté in cooking oil. Then add the finely chopped pineapple pieces, stew lightly and briefly. Then add the cream and coconut milk. Let simmer gently. If it is too creamy for you, just add a dash of milk.
- Season with curry, turmeric and the herb mixture, season with salt and pepper. Finished.
