Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 large chicken legs
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 tbsp mustard, hot
- 3 tbsp oil
- 2 tsp herbs (thyme, marjoram and rosemary or 2 tsp herbs de Provence
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- Salt (onion salt)
- Cayenne pepper to taste
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Wash the chicken thighs and rub them with salt. Mix the remaining ingredients into a paste. Place the thighs in an ovenproof dish and spread the paste over them. Bake in a preheated oven at 225°C for about 45 minutes. Note: Don’t worry about the spicy mustard; it won’t be a throat-cleaning dish. Of course, you can use any other cut of meat instead of the thighs.
