Chicken Drumsticks with Sesame Coating
The perfect chicken drumsticks with sesame coating recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
MARINADE
- 4 tablespoon Tomato ketchup
- 2 tablespoon Teriyaki sauce
- 2 tablespoon Tabasco
- 2 tablespoon Honey
- Salt
- Pepper
- 2 Shallots
- 2 Garlic cloves
PANADE
- 4 tablespoon Breadcrumbs
- 4 tablespoon Sesame
- Wash the chicken drumsticks, pat dry and place in a bowl.
MARINADE
- Peel shallots and garlic, halve and mix with the other ingredients, pour over the chicken legs and marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Breading
- Mix the breadcrumbs and sesame seeds, turn the chicken drumstick in it.
- Heat some oil in a pan and fry the lower legs all around, remove, place in a greased casserole dish and bake in the oven at about 150 c. Cook for about 30-40 minutes, no more red meat juice should run out.
