Chicken Fillet Burger

The perfect chicken fillet burger recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Chicken breast fillets

marinade

  • 100 ml Sesame oil
  • 80 ml Soy sauce dark
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 1 tbsp Ground cumin
  • 1 tbsp Turmeric
  • 1 tbsp Ground ginger
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Pepper

Rolls & other toppings

  • 8 Hamburger buns
  • Remoulade
  • 1 Fresh tomato
  • 0,5 Iceberg lettuce
  1. Finely chop the garlic and mix with the other ingredients for the marinade.
  1. Marinate the chicken fillets for at least 2 hours.
  1. Since after 2 days no one had an appetite for grilled food, the meat flew into the pan, hamburger buns and the salad were still there, so it made sense to make delicious filet burgers out of them.
  1. Fry the meat and let it simmer briefly.
  1. Meanwhile, in the oven preheated to 200 ° C, heat the halved hamburger buns on the top shelf for 2 minutes with the inside facing up.
  1. Brush both sides of the roll halves with tartar sauce and the lower half with strips of iceberg lettuce.
  1. Cut the fllet into strips and place on the iceberg lettuce and top with a tomato slice and put the top half of the bun on top.
